are accepted only under the conditions mentioned below:
Product must be unused, undamaged and in original condition.
Original box, accessories and bill/invoice are mandatory.
Return or exchange request must be made within 24 hours of purchase
(unless stated otherwise).
IMEI number must match our sales records.
Non-Returnable Items
Used or activated mobile phones.
Products damaged due to mishandling or misuse.
Accessories such as chargers, earphones, cables, covers, or screen guards.
Refurbished or pre-owned phones (unless covered under warranty terms).
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed subject to product availability. Any price difference must be paid
by the customer at the time of exchange.

Any manufacturing defect or technical issue after purchase will be handled under
